One of the key goals at Samsøe Samsøe is to be more transparent and communicative regarding their CSR initiatives across touchpoints. To be fully transparent about sustainability in a world of consumerism, we needed to rethink and innovate the way we spoke and made our clothes.
Resell Tag®
In 2022 we created the Re-sell Tag®. Re-sell Tag® is a way to encourage our customers to extend the lives of garments by autogenerating a QR code for re-selling. The physical tag is created from a unique dataset and sewn into the garment as a QR-code. When a customer decides to part ways with the garment and scans the QR code, an ad is automatically generated through Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and the garment is now ready to be re-sold.

How We Care
We worked to create a small mobile-first universe to explain our CSR goals and transparency called How We Care. Through the universe we were able to chat with users and explain concepts and initiatives with interactions.
